Yes! PB Fitness strives to provide affordable coaching options and offers payment plans for those who truly need our services and are a good fit for our program.

Do you customize workouts around injuries?

Absolutely! Before designing your customized training plan, we take into consideration any injuries or health issues you may have to ensure your workouts are tailored to your needs.


Do I need a gym membership to join?

Nope! Our program is designed to be tailored specifically for you and the equipment you have available to work with, so a gym membership is not necessary.

Do the program only last 90 days?

Initially, yes! We start with a 90-day program to build a strong coach-client relationship and kickstart your fitness journey. However, we understand that more time may be needed to achieve long-term weight management. After the first 90 days, we will work with you to set new goals and continue supporting you until you no longer need our services.


Do you accommodate special diet preferences, allergies, etc? 

Absolutely! Our flexible eating method allows for customization based on your specific dietary needs, preferences, allergies, and more. We have worked with clients who follow vegetarian, vegan, organic/plant-based, lactose intolerant, and gluten-free diets.

Can I still drink alcohol?

 Yes! Our program does not restrict any specific foods or beverages, so you can still enjoy alcohol if you choose to.


Can I still attend other group fitness classes/workouts outside of PB Fitness?

Absolutely! As long as we are aware of your activity level, including any group fitness classes or workouts you attend outside of PB Fitness, we will incorporate that into your overall fitness plan.
